It’s been such a gorgeous day today. Siri said it was going to be mostly cloudy but she was wrong. We had much more sun than clouds and it was so warm...75ish.
Spending the greater part of the day walking in the sunshine on the Legend’s South Course watching Rhys play was certainly a highlight and a great way to spend a sunny day...walking and enjoying the weather.
Tonight was Eliza’s presentation for FGC. Wow. It was hard to watch her cross the stage and realize that she’s about to be done with high school. How can it be? Our baby girl. Sobering.
Life milestones happen all of the time. Taking time to realize them, appreciate them and feel them is important to the whole experience of what is happening.
Whether it‘s an “eagle” on the golf course or a child walking across the stage...each is a moment...special...important...significant because it is a space in time to recognize, acknowledge, appreciate.

It‘s easy to look over what’s happening in any given day. Distractions woo us from where our attention should be.
Taking it it all in is what life is about whether we’re experience a “once-in-a-lifetime” or a “moment in time”...all of it is important...
The flower in the rough
The flower on stage
The flower almost gone unnoticed
I’m trying to take it all in, absorb the ordinary, the beautiful and the seemingly mundane...
I know life is meant to be lived as it is happening.
Paying attention is key.
Listening is critical.
Exploring the relevance offers the privelge to experience the extraordinary.
