Laughter

The whole family was home last night

We sat on the deck for hours

talking about life

bursting into side splitting laughter

one comment,

one silly face after another

There's nothing like being in stitches

rolling on the floor

giggling so hard

your stomach hurts

your eyes fill with tears

you can't catch your breath

and

your smile muscles ache

When it comes to healing,

a cure for the blues

a respite from stress

there's hardly a better cure than hysterical laughing

After all,

"Laughter is good medicine."

Go out and get some
