And you shall know peace
When there seems to be no peace
and the peace that you know
Shall set you free
Look up from your book
Take your eyes from the screen
Notice
Ponder
Pay attention
Multi-tasking is not a virtue
nor should it be a goal
in fact, it is the exception, that any person can do more than one thing at a time while doing any well
We are not super people who jump from building to building in a single bound
We do not have magic powers to teleport ourselves from one moment to another
We should resist the temptation to be the exception to the rule
It is often the perception of our exception, that causes our mistake and hurts another
When it comes to focus,
whether it be on
a person
a project
a drive
a decision
We owe it to the process to remain singularly tasked and attentive
Peace is like a river
It stays its course
It is refreshed and it is refreshing
Know peace
Know purpose
Know and
Be known
