Sit in the Sunshine

When I get frustrated, my whole mood changes.


My goal is to stay positive in every circumstance; however, I have a hard time when my efforts are thwarted as result of someone who dropped the ball on my behalf.


If it were in my control, I wouldn't be in the irritating situation, trying to be kind and patient.


Sometimes, however, being in control of the outcome of a situation just isn't an option.


I can shift though.


Walk away.

Momentarily discard what you don't have control over

and find something that you can manage
